Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall planning of exhibition projects, setting exhibition plans and budgets. Ensure the uniqueness and appeal of each exhibition project while adhering to the company's concept guidelines.
2. Lead and guide the project team in executing marketing plans and budgets, driving business growth, delivering high-quality services, and ensuring the achievement of business targets.
3. Closely monitor industry hot topics, trends, policy and regulatory changes, as well as the evolution of consumer demands. Demonstrate keen sensitivity to emerging industry developments and translate them into innovative highlights and business growth drivers for exhibitions.
4. Manage and maintain partnerships and key client relationships. Place strong emphasis on brand promotion and marketing activities, and leverage diverse resources to co-build an industry ecosystem.
5. Possess an international perspective, and establish extensive cooperative relationships with overseas brands, industry associations, and professional media to enhance the internationalization and influence of exhibitions.

Job requirements:

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in the exhibition and conference industry, including at least 3 years of project and personnel management experience in relevant exhibitions, with a proven track record of strong performance.
2. Innovative and strategic thinking, customer-centric mindset, competitive drive and determination, with acute business acumen and strong commercial awareness.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. English proficiency at a working language level, capable of seamless communication with international partners.
4. Strong organizational skills with effective time management abilities, able to efficiently coordinate project resources and team members. High stress tolerance, maintaining stable composure and efficient work performance in a high-intensity work environment.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, able to quickly build trust and rapport, and develop influential relationships at all levels of the organization. Highly creative and adaptable, able to flexibly respond to various complex situations and effectively resolve problems.
6. Hardworking and highly motivated, with a proactive work attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
