Job Responsibilities:
I. Conference Planning & Management 1. Take full ownership of conference planning, content creation, and speaker acquisition, ensuring the agenda reflects industry trends and client needs. 2. Responsible for conference budget and support the sales team in securing sponsors and delegates. 3. Supervise on-site execution, troubleshoot issues in real time, and guarantee a smooth Conference. 4. Conduct quality control and post-event evaluation: collect attendee feedback, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. II. Exhibition Derivative Products based on broad customer research and aligned with industry hotspots and demands, develop additional value-added products that enhance the brand equity of the exhibition and its conferences.
Job requirements:
1. Strong market-research skills: able to conduct wide-ranging customer surveys to uncover needs and market trends. 2. Solid data-analysis capability: can interpret survey data to inform the development of derivative products. 3. Innovative mindset: continually explores new product formats and business models to boost brand value and market influence. 4. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English; proficient in English business correspondence and documentation. Background in the refrigeration industry is a plus.
