With a renewed five-year term, Darren Guo will continue to steer NürnbergMesse China Co., Ltd. with strategic vision and proven leadership starting in 2026.

Darren Guo’s contract extension was officially approved at the annual meeting of the Supervisory Board of NürnbergMesse Group, held in Nuremberg on July 4th, 2025. Bavarian Minister of Finance and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Albert Füracker, and the Mayor of the City of Nuremberg, Mr. Marcus König, expressed their strong support for NürnbergMesse Group’s continued investment and expansion in the Chinese and Asia-Pacific markets.

For over a decade, Darren Guo has been closely intertwined with the development of NürnbergMesse China, leading the company through both periods of growth and unprecedented challenges. Following the end of the pandemic, they swiftly adjusted strategies and operations, culminating in 2024 with the best performance in NürnbergMesse China’s history.
